Brewing Engagement with Motion Design, One Bubble at a Time
We partnered with CoCo, a global bubble tea brand, to bring their digital experiences to life with animations for their ordering kiosk and mobile app. From CoCo Pay to order tracking and loyalty rewards, our goal was to make every interaction as fun as the brand itself. Playful, vibrant motion design turned routine steps into moments of delightful customer experience.
Brewing Engagement Through Rewards
For CoCo Rewards and airdrops, we went beyond simple points and perks. Using motion design and gamification (and a few easter eggs) we made the experience feel rewarding at every step. By turning loyalty into a game, we kept customers engaged and excited to keep coming back.

Informing Through Motion
We used motion not just for delight, but for clarity. Payment and order status animations guide users through every step, from tapping a card to tracking drink preparation. Each transition communicates progress, reduces uncertainty, and keeps the experience feeling smooth and human. Even the smallest interactions become part of a consistent, friendly flow.

Conclusion
By blending playful motion design with practical storytelling, we transformed CoCo’s customer journey into an engaging on-brand experience. From ordering and payments to rewards, every interaction became more intuitive and enjoyable, ultimately strengthening loyalty and boosting customer engagement.
